In the 2025 HSC and equivalent examinations, not a single student from 202 educational institutions across the country passed. Last year, this number was 65, meaning the number of institutions with a 100% failure rate has more than tripled this year.

In the 2025 HSC and equivalent exams, a total of 1,251,111 students filled out examination forms — among them 618,015 were male and 633,096 were female. However, around 27,000 students did not take part in the exams for various reasons.

The examinations were held at 2,797 centers across the country.
